Hogs picked fourth in SEC West

— Arkansas was projected to finish fourth in the SEC West by league media Thursday.

The Razorbacks are projected to finish behind Alabama, Auburn and LSU in the division, and ahead of Ole Miss, Texas A&M and Mississippi State. Arkansas received six first-place votes to win the division out of 225 total votes.

Alabama was picked to win the SEC West and Georgia was picked to win the SEC East. Auburn received the most votes to win the overall SEC championship.

Auburn received the most first-place votes to win the SEC West, but was second to Alabama in the division projections based on total vote points.

The SEC Media Days poll has predicted the SEC champion correctly five times since 1992.
