A section of Interstate 49 in Benton County will be temporarily closed to traffic for a brief time Sunday morning to accommodate removal of a power line, the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department said.
A Carroll Electric Cooperative crew removing the line over I-49 just north of New Hope Road will require closing all northbound and southbound lanes between New Hope and Walton Boulevard from 5:30 a.m. to 6 a.m., weather permitting.
