Take Charge Brandi heads a field of seven lined up for the Martha Washington Stakes on Saturday. Take Charge Brandi, the Eclipse Award winner as the country’s top 2-year-old filly and owned Willis Horton of Marshall, is scheduled to make her 3-year-old debut in the $100,000 race for fillies that serves as an early prep race for the $400,000 Grade III Fantasy Stakes on April 4. She will break from the No. 6 post under Jon Court, who will ride Take Charge Brandi for the first time. Other entries include Perfect Fit (No. 1 post, jockey Clifton Berry), Cape Town Stevie (No. 2, Emmanuel Esquivel), High Dollar Woman (No. 3, Joseph Santana, Jr.), Indian Annie (No. 4, Ricardo Santana, Jr.), Sarah Sis (No. 5, Julio E.
