— Arkansas survived another nail-biter Tuesday night.

Ky Madden hit a 3-pointer with 4:29 remaining to give Arkansas the lead for good at 63-60. The Volunteers made only two shots in the final five minutes.

The Razorbacks opened the game on a 7-0 run, but Tennessee finished the first half strong and led 37-35 at halftime.

Arkansas regained the lead with a 9-0 run midway through the second half. The run was capped by a Qualls 3-pointer to give the Razorbacks a 54-50 lead.

Arkansas never trailed again, although Tennessee rallied to tie the game four times in the final 10 minutes. There were 14 ties in the game and the teams exchanged the lead eight times.

Josh Richardson led the Volunteers with 17 points and Hubbs added 15 points. Tennessee (12-7, 4-3) lost its first SEC road game this season.

Anton Beard and Alandise Harris each scored 10 points for the Razorbacks. Arkansas overcame committing 18 turnovers, which the Volunteers converted into 19 points.

The Razorbacks will play at Florida on Saturday.
