• Albert Trent Harless, 56, of 2101 Phyllis St. No. 205 in Bentonville was arrested Tuesday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Harless was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Nicholas Shane Houston, 22, of 15234 Dutchmans Drive in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with lottery fraud. Houston was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Clell William Meredith, 49, of 410 Fulton St. in Gentry was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Meredith was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Larren Brown, 32, of 11202 SE Campbell Road in West Fork was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, residential burglary, theft of property and first-degree criminal mischief. He was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $2,500 bond.
• Kevin Smalling, 42, of 2481 Brophy Ave. was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and driving while intoxicated on drugs. He was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Angela Deaune Eberhard, 27, of Bella Vista was arrested Tuesday in connection with theft of property, unlawful transfer of stolen property to a pawn shop or pawnbroker and failure to appear. Eberhard was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Robert Foy Erwin, 52, of 5910 W. Willow St. in Rogers was arrested Tuesday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member. Erwin was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Nickolas Hall, 22, of 119 Cynthia Ave. in Farmington was arrested Wednesday in connection with theft by receiving. He was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $3,500 bond.
• Angela Hebert, 32, 1851 Dean St. in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia, furnishing prohibited articles and tampering with physical evidence. She was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $3,500 bond.
• Randon Hillhouse, 19, of 201 Phillips St. in Berryville was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $2,500 bond.
• William Howard, 20, of 1400 E. 15th St. in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended or revoked license. He was released Wednesday from the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond.
• Samantha McGehee, 18, of 131 Carroll County 3178 in Eureka Springs was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance. She was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $2,500 bond.
• Jeremy Meredith, 25, of 2044 NE Oaks Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with distributing, possessing or viewing child pornography. He was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $25,000 bond.
