Brett Stover was named strategy and insights officer, executive vice president at Saatchi & Saatchi X of Springdale. He led the group that developed and published the original Path 2 Purchase and has helped clients at more than 175 organizations in 27 countries. Stover has worked with large multinational organizations as well as small start-up companies, most recently spending 10 years as senior vice president of global consulting with Kantar Retail. He also spent 18 years at Procter & Gamble in marketing, marketing research, marketing innovation and global sales.

Kelly Dewey joined Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette as relocation director. She manages the corporate operations for all national relocation management companies and provides local clients, corporations and sales associates with a range of services. She is a member of the Relocation Directors Council and Worldwide ERC, where she earned the Certified Relocation Professional and Global Mobility Specialist designations.

Derek Travis was promoted to vice president of finance at Infinity Product Group of Rogers, a consumer products manufacturer, merchandiser and marketer. He became the company’s controller in 2012, and his responsibilities have included accounts receivable, accounts payable, human resources and enterprise resource planning. Travis earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Arkansas in 2006. Inc. Magazine named Infinity to its annual list of Fastest-Growing Private Companies in 2014.

John M. Kucharik was hired as president of BlueIn-Green in Fayetteville. He has been president and CEO of both private and public companies. BlueInGreen’s revenues tripled between 2013 and 2014, and it has a backlog of purchase orders and four market-ready products. BlueInGreen is a water treatment technology company established to develop and sell solutions for improving water quality.

Roger Collins, chairman and CEO of Harps Foods, recently received the 2015 Thomas K. Zaucha Entrepreneurial Excellence Award during the National Grocers Association annual convention in Las Vegas. The award is given to an independent operator who exemplifies persistence, vision and creative entrepreneurship. Collins joined Harps in 1986. Harps has 78 stores in Arkansas, eastern Oklahoma and southern Missouri.
