The state has rested in Washington County Circuit Court in the prosecution of a Springdale man charged with vehicular manslaughter in the death of a passenger last year.
Police contend Kenneth Sizemore, 22, had been “huffing” prior to the wreck on Wedington Drive that killed Zachary Tyler Hagen, 20, of Fayetteville, on Jan. 14, 2014.
