Wakarusa won't set up on Mulberry Mountain next year, according to a post on the music festival's Facebook page.
The post cites problems with "partners claiming to share our vision."
The festival began in 2004 and moved to Mulberry Mountain near Ozark in 2009.
The post indicated organizers hope to revive the festival later.
"With your help, we will bring Wakarusa back to Mulberry Mountain," the post stated.
