• Jason Wayne Peters, 46, of 1001 Melody Lane in Neosho, Mo., was arrested Sunday in connection with a felony out-of-state count of theft of property. Peters was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Bethel Heights

• Rodriguo Morin, 33, of 1810 Green Meadows Ave. in Springdale was arrested Sunday in connection with felony false evidence of title or registration and misdemeanor counts of speeding, no proof of insurance, no drivers license and failure to register. Morin was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Benton County Sheriff's Office

• James David Marcum, 25, of 3808 S.W. Hansonwit in Bentonville was arrested Saturday in connection with two counts of felony failure to appear. Marcum was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Mornett Ferguson, 26, of 891 Melmar was arrested Saturday in connection with violation of probation or a suspended sentence and misdemeanor counts of criminal mischief and second-degree assault on a family or household member. Ferguson was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $3,575 bond.

Pea Ridge

• Shannon Denise Ball, 45, of 16207 Robin Road in Bella Vista was arrested Sunday in connection with an out-of-state count of aggravated assault upon a certified law enforcement officer and misdemeanor failure to appear. Ball was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Rogers

• Hector Ponzo, 42, of 2303 S. Monte Blanc was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor counts of driving while intoxicated and refusal to submit to an intoxication test. Ponzo was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

• Charles Eugene Hyde, 20, of 20282 Fawn was arrested Saturday in connection with felony theft by receiving and revocation of a suspended sentence or probation. Hyde was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Washington County Sheriff's Office

• Antonio Aguirre, 20, of 5735 W. Vilaeance St. in Fayetteville was arrested Sunday in connection with felony theft of property, residential burglary and misdemeanor failure to appear. Aguirre was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $6,715 bond.

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 8:28 p.m. Saturday from 810 N.W. Third St.

Fayetteville

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 12:03 p.m. Sunday after a person driving a vehicle was hit by a person on a dirt bike near Huntsville Road and Mashburn Ave.

• A stolen car was found wrecked after a call at 7:23 a.m. Sunday from 4400 block of West Cheyenne Drive reported a black Volkswagen Passat hit a tree and was left with the lights on and keys in the ignition. Debris was found at the intersection of High Avenue and Apache Trail. The vehicle had been reported stolen at 4:34 a.m. Saturday from apartments at The Links. A spare key had been inside the locked vehicle, the owner told police and two people were seen driving away in the car.

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 12:45 a.m. Sunday from the intersection of Dickson Street and College Avenue after a Mitsubishi Eclipse hit another vehicle and drove off. The driver who left was later arrested in Springdale.

• A wreck between two trucks and a Ford Mustang was reported at 5:41 p.m. Saturday from 4006 N.E. Hudson Road. Medics were called for a teen but no one was transported.

• A tree on fire near a house was reported at 4:32 p.m. Saturday from 1634 N. Carlsbad Trace.

Rogers

• A Dumpster fire was reported at 7:37 p.m. Saturday from near the intersection of Arkansas and Walnut. Hot coals from a cooking fire had been dumped into the trash, starting the fire.

• Tires near a burn pile left unattended reportedly caught fire Friday at 4:42 p.m. near 807 W. Lilac St.

• Indecent exposure was reported at 11:44 a.m. Sunday from 3919 N. Mall Ave. after people called police for a man with his pants down who was touching himself.

• Theft of diamond earrings was reported at 11:09 a.m. Sunday from 1764 N. Leverette Ave.

• Breaking and entering and theft of a backpack were reported at 10:55 a.m. Sunday from apartments at 2619 N. Quality Lane.

• Theft of the turn signal unit off a Triumph motorcycle was reported at 10:11 a.m. Sunday from 107 S. West Ave.

• Theft was reported at 8:15 a.m. Sunday from Kamp Laundry, 549 W. 15th St. after a person found a coin machine broken, money taken from it and a deck of cards nearby.

• Burglary was reported at 7:39 a.m. Sunday from Grubb's Bar & Grille, 220 N. West Ave., after a person arrived to find the office had been broken into and a man wearing cowboy boots passed out on the floor. The man was not an employee but could have hid in the business the night before, the person told police.

• Theft of a 2015 black Kia Soul was reported at 6:55 a.m. Sunday from apartments at 2777 N. Club Drive. A key to the car had been left in another car broken into the night before.

• A man reported theft of a vehicle at 5:19 a.m. Sunday from Washington Regional Medical Center, 3215 N. Northhills Blvd. after being released from the hospital. The man told police he had pepper sprayed himself and the person who drove him to the hospital stole a car he had borrowed after dropping him off.

• Criminal mischief was reported at 4:51a.m. Sunday from 2723 N. Sierra Ave. after a person broke a headlight and grill with a baseball bat.

• A sexual assault on Dickson Street was reported at 2:21 a.m. Sunday at the Fayetteville Police Department, 100 W. Rock St.

• Theft was reported at 1:21 a.m. Sunday from 330 N. West Ave.

• Assault and battery was reported at 1:09 a.m. Sunday from West End, 339 N. West Ave. Suite No. 3 after a man hit another man in the bar and was detained by a manager.

• A disturbance was reported at 12:11 a.m. Sunday from apartments at 655 N. Whitham Avenue after a person told police a neighbor bit him.

• Burglary was reported at 8:59 p.m. Saturday from 2919 N. Jamestown Road.

• Assault and battery was reported at 8:14 p.m. Saturday from the 200 block of South Ray Avenue. A person told police a basketball game was interrupted when a 16-year-old pulled a knife and tried to stab him. He slapped the knife from the teen's hand and friends told him to call police after he left.

• Theft of a laptop was reported at 8:09 p.m. Saturday from 2638 W. Old Farmington Road.

• Attempted burglary was reported at 7:21 p.m. from apartments at 600 W. North St. after an intoxicated neighbor approached and tried to get in first one, then another door for nearly a half hour. The shirtless man then sat down in front of the apartment and tried to take off his pants while residents called police.

• Assault and battery was reported at 6:22 p.m. Saturday from apartments at 401 W. 24th Street after a teenager hit another person with a golf club.

• Three separate incidents where a woman stole video games were reported at 5:34 p.m. Saturday from Walmart Supercenter, 3919 N. Mall Ave. The woman stole eight video games Aug. 2, six Aug. 23 and returned and stole more video games on Tuesday, store staff told police.

• A road rage incident was reported at 5:06 p.m. Saturday from the intersection of Old Wire Road and Crossover Road after a man told police a motorcyclist threatened to beat him up and had been hitting the caller's vehicle at the intersection of Joyce and Crossover

• Burglary was reported at 5:01 p.m. Saturday from 413 W. Center Street after a person arrived to find a window air conditioner pushed in and an open back door.

• Threats were reported at 3:01 p.m. Saturday from 1500 S. School Avenue after a man who had been banned from the gas station returned and threatened to kill the cashier.

• Theft of a bike was reported at 2:59 p.m. Saturday from 721 S. Royal Oak Parkway.

• Theft of a bike was reported at 2:37 p.m. Saturday from 1001 S. School Ave.

• Theft of a vehicle was reported at 10:29 a.m. Saturday from 1155 W. Clydesdale Drive.

• Breaking or entering and theft of medicine and jewelry was reported at 1:41 a.m. Sunday from 1007 S. 19th St.

• A person with a weapon was reported at 12:33 p.m. Saturday from the intersection of 12th Place and Wood street after an officer spotted a man saw him pull a knife out of his pocket. The man told the officer he was suicidal and medics were sent.

• Theft of a firearm was reported at 10:35 p.m. Saturday from 1411 W. Center St.

• Assault was reported at 8:01 p.m. Saturday from the intersection of First and Elm Streets.

• Theft of a collection of quarters was reported at 6:53 p.m. Saturday from 600 N. Fourth St.

• Suspicious activity was reported at 6:09 p.m. Saturday from the 1200 block of West Sunset Drive after a person saw three young people who appeared to be smoking marijuana near Northwest Park and Lingle Middle School. An 18-year-old was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Breaking or entering and theft of a wallet and credit card overnight from a 2004 Hyundai Elantra was reported at 2:54 p.m. Saturday from 1610 S. 16th St.

• Assault was reported at 4:31 p.m. Friday from the intersection of Dixieland Road and Walnut Street after a man on a motorcycle was yelling at a driver in the turn lane then hit a person in the vehicle because they talked to him. Witnesses described a 50- to 60-year-old white man who wore a large cross over a blue denim vest and rode a black motorcycle trimmed in chrome.
