• James Haston Mitchell, 32, of 99 Pine St. in Gentry was arrested Thursday in connection with a parole violation. Mitchell was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Ethan Carroll, 25, of 508 Carroll Drive in Bella Vista was arrested Thursday in connection with parole violation and three misdemeanor offenses. He was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with a $1,400 bond.

• Beth Marie Rasmussen, 27, of 14884 Canyon Road in Bella Vista was arrested Friday in connection with felony theft of property. Rasmussen was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Sara Lynn Brookshire, 27, 1905 Dewey St. in Galena, Kan., was arrested Friday in connection with financial identity fraud. Brookshire was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Shadeana Carole Moore, 36, of 1115 W. Persimmon in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Moore was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Victor Clemente, 33, was arrested Friday in connection with failure to appear and a misdemeanor offense. He was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with a $50,000 bond, a $1,720 bond and a hold from another department.

• Angela McGarrah, 33, of 1137 West End Ave. was arrested Friday in connection with furnishing prohibited articles, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear. She was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond.

• Brianne Usrey, 19, of 1212 S. Dunn Ave. was arrested Friday in connection with second-degree battery. She was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with a $5,000 bond.

• Dawn Nelson, 37, of Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with failure to appear and four misdemeanor offenses. She was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with a $175,000 bond and a $1,400 bond.

• Bradley Conn, 37, of 1298 Electric Ave. in Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with terroristic threatening, aggravated assault on a correctional facility employee and three misdemeanor offenses. He was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with a $3,500 bond.

• Matthew Lewis, 35, of 130 W. Miller St. was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with the intent of delivering, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation or a suspended sentence. He was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with a $3,500 bond.

• Amber Evans, 23, of 2000 Sycamore Place, Apt. 4, in Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with two counts of theft by receiving, forgery, fraudulent use of a credit card, two counts of theft of property and violation of probation or a suspended sentence. She was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with a $3,500 bond.

• Mark Brockman, 48, of 219 W. Thurman was arrested Friday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond.

• Greysi Carranza, 26, of 1254 W. Bishop Drive in Rogers was arrested Friday in connection with contempt, second-degree forgery and financial identity fraud. Carranza was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Christopher Sutphin, 38, of 2200 E. Mountain Road, L205 in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with failure to appear and two misdemeanor offenses. He was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with bonds of $50,000, $1,040 and $4047 and holds from three departments.

• Luis Salazar-Hernandez, 29, of 31 Country Court in Berryville was arrested Thursday in connection with forgery, financial identity fraud and six misdemeanor offenses. He was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with $5,900 in bonds and a hold from another department.

• Sam Rezai-Yekta, 36, of 204 W. Taylor St. in Colorado Springs, Colo., was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with the intent of delivering. He was released Friday from the Washington County Detention Center with a $3,500 bond.

• A vehicle was broken into and a wallet reported stolen at 9:10 a.m. Friday at 1101 S. Curtis Ave.

• A vehicle was reported broken into and a wallet reported stolen at 9:07 a.m. Friday at 1925 N. Pine Valley Drive.

• Breaking and entering was reported at 1:49 a.m. Friday at 626 N. Whitham Ave.

• Breaking and entering of two vehicles was reported at 8:30 p.m. Thursday at 2040 N. Bridgeport Drive.

• Assault and battery that happened two weeks ago was reported at 4:21 Thursday at 1900 N. Pine Valley Drive.

• Breaking and entering was reported at 2:43 p.m. Thursday at 1850 E. Township St.

• Theft of two parking signs was reported at 2:01 p.m. Thursday at Morano's, 989 S. Razorback Road. Parking signs on a fence for the bar and grill were taken down after a dispute with a driver over some towed vehicles, according to a dispatch report.

• Theft of medication and a Social Security Card was reported at 11:59 a.m. Thursday at 1125 N. West End Ave.
