The International Atomic Energy Agency struck a side deal to allow Iran to use its own inspectors to investigate the nuclear activities at Parchin, a military site where nuclear weapons work may have occurred, and report its findings back to the energy agency. An Associated Press story about the deal in the Aug. 20 editions incorrectly described the nature of the Parchin site.
