A Frank Lloyd Wright house originally built in New Jersey will open to the public Nov. 11 at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, according to a news release from the museum.

The Bachman-Wilson House, built in 1954, was threatened by flooding at its original location. Crystal Bridges acquired the house in 2013. It was disassembled, moved to Arkansas in 2014, and reassembled on the grounds of the museum.

There will be no admission cost to see the house. Reservations are required to see the inside of the house. They will be available beginning Nov. 2 by calling (479) 657-2335.

Guided tours will be available every day except Tuesday or Friday.

“We are excited to share this historic object that embodies our mission to celebrate the American spirit in a setting that unites art and nature," Rod Bigelow, executive director of Crystal Bridges, said in the news release. "As the only Frank Lloyd Wright house in Arkansas, it enhances our region’s offerings with unique engagement opportunities for schools, families, and individuals with an interest in architecture, all at no cost to the public.”
