• Andrew Thomas, 42, of 819 W. Peterman Drive was arrested Monday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member, third-degree domestic battering and second-degree false imprisonment. He was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

Siloam Springs

• Cory Lee Palone, 23, of 1050 N. Britt, Suite E9 was arrested Sunday in connection with felony failure to appear and two misdemeanor counts of contempt. Palone was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail on a partial bond of $3,625.

Washington County Sheriff's Office

• Joshua McDaniel, 26, of 17291 Wyman Road in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with second-degree assault on a family member, terroristic threatening, second-degree false imprisonment and violating probation. He was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

Accident

Benton County Sheriff's Office

• A wreck was reported at 10:25 a.m. Saturday from 14094 Pleasant Ridge Road after a Honda Accord hit a telephone pole in front of the address. The man driving had cuts on his arms and the car had a flat tire and was leaking fluid but he drove away. An accident later reported on Summer Shade was linked to the earlier wreck.

Bentonville

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 7:08 p.m. Sunday from 2305 S.E. Walton Blvd.

Rogers

A hit-and-run accident was reported at 5:24 p.m. Sunday from the intersection of Pinnacle Hills Parkway and Champions Drive.

• Theft of a 1984 Chevrolet pickup was reported at 10:12 a.m. Sunday from 13540 N. Old Wire Road in Garfield.

• Theft was reported at 12:01 p.m. Saturday from 43 Skyline Drive in Bella Vista.

• Theft was reported at 1:04 p.m. Friday from the Benton County Sheriff's Office, 1300 S.W. 14th St. in Bentonville, after a person told deputies a trailer was stolen from a place in the county last week.

• A vehicle break-in was reported at 10 W. 15th St. at 6:57 p.m. Sunday after a window was broken and a purse was stolen.

• A gray Scion tC was reported stolen from 1139 W. Stadium Drive No. 202 at 7 p.m. Sunday.

• A vehicle break-in was reported at 3956 N. Steele Blvd. at 8:46 p.m. Sunday.

• A caller reported a man was exposing himself in his car near 1523 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. at 9:04 p.m. Sunday.

• An assault was reported at 1274 N. Colorado Drive at 9:23 p.m. Sunday.

• A car window was reported smashed at 1132 W. Cato Springs Road No. 8 at 8:06 a.m. Monday.

• A refrigerator was reported stolen at 1266 N. Chickadee Ave. at 10:48 a.m. Monday.

• A break-in was reported at 1330 E. Lake Fayetteville Road at 11:03 a.m. Monday after a storage shed's lock was broken.

• Theft was reported at 1701 N. Lewis Ave. at 12:10 p.m. Monday.

Rogers

• A disturbance was reported at 9:23 p.m. Sunday from 2427 W. Magnolia St. after a person called police and said a man had been beat up. Medics were called for the man.

• A child abuse complaint was taken at 5:17 p.m. Sunday from Pinnacle Hills Promenade, 2203 S. Promenade Blvd., after people saw a man cussing at and hitting a toddler and yelling at a passersby on or near Tower Avenue.

• A man was arrested in connection with public intoxication after a caller at 5:09 p.m. Sunday told police a man was dancing and making obscene gestures at cars as they went by near the intersection of Turtle Creek Drive and Walnut Street.

• Criminal mischief was reported at 3:30 p.m. Sunday from an incident Saturday near Dixieland and Persimmon where a person said people in another vehicle yelled racist slurs, threw something at the car and broke the window.

• Breaking or entering of a truck was reported at 2:46 p.m. Sunday from 1725 S. 14th St.

• Burglary was reported at 6:37 p.m. Sunday from 6017 S. Mount Hebron Road. A door frame was damaged and the house ransacked, a person told police.

Springdale

• A burglary was reported at 7:22 a.m. Monday at 914 Powell St.

• Graffiti was reported at 6:44 a.m. Monday at 941 Palisades Ave.

• Police responded at 8:18 p.m. Sunday to a report from 3395 W. Sunset Ave. of a fight. Police found a 15-year-old girl with visible injuries who appeared to be intoxicated. She was taken to Northwest Medical Center-Springdale, where she assaulted a police officer, was released to her mother, assaulted another police officer, then was taken into custody.

• Fraud was reported at 4:02 p.m. Sunday at 201 Spring St.

• A burglary was reported at 2:43 p.m. at 2659 McRay Ave.

• A burglary was reported at 11:20 a.m. Sunday at 133 S. 40th St.
