The Arkansas State Fair is 55 days away, but music fans can prepare now for the 76th fair by listening to Naughty by Nature, Eddie Money and Joe Diffie.
Those artists and others were announced Friday as headliner concerts for the fair, which starts Oct. 9 at the State Fairgrounds in Little Rock and ends Oct. 18.
Nine headliner acts, playing a range of music from classic rock to neo-soul-powered R&B, are crammed into those 10 days of of rides, food and music.
The bands are Montgomery Gentry on Oct. 9, Eddie Money on Oct. 10, Silk on Oct. 11, Styx on Oct. 13, Toni! Tony! Toné! on Oct. 14, Pop Evil on Oct. 15, Grand Funk Railroad on Oct. 16, Joe Diffie on Oct. 17 and Naughty by Nature on Oct. 18.
The headliner concerts are free with paid gate admission. Premium concert seating can be purchased at the fairgrounds box office or at arkansasstatefair.com beginning Friday.
