The first 1,500 students will receive a free backpack stuffed with school supplies, courtesy of 3M Co. Free haircuts will be available from New Tyler Barber College and Worren's Salon. The Arkansas Department of Health will give immunizations.

Kids will also be able to play in bouncy houses and get their faces painted.

"It's all really a great day," says Rebecca Tennille, a spokesman for the Clinton Foundation. "We love to see people come take advantage of it."

To help offset costs, coupons for ACT and SAT prep will be available, she says. Additionally, in accordance with the office of Gov. Asa Hutchinson, there will be one hour of free instruction on coding and computer science tutorials.

"Obviously, you can't learn everything about coding in one hour," Tennille says. "But we're hoping it opens some eyes and exposes some kids to something that could be something they can see themselves doing in the future."

Throughout the day, anyone who wants to wish Clinton a happy birthday can send him a recorded message.

"We have four free days a year and President Clinton's birthday is one of them, and we realized the need in the community for kids to get ready for school, so we combined the two," Tennille says.
