Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Joel Arteaga, 36, of 2002 W. Pine in Rogers was arrested Saturday in connection with felony contempt of court. Arteaga was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail on a $22,627 bond.

• Crystal Lee Smallwood, 33, of 1555 W. Martin Luther King Blvd. in Fayetteville was arrested Saturday in connection with felony failure to appear. Smallwood was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail on a $3,500 bond.

Fayetteville

• Landon Schilling, 22, of 2455 N. Center St. in Elkins was arrested Sunday in connection with carrying prohibited weapons, driving while intoxicated and reckless driving. Schilling was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,000 bond.

Gravette

• Cory Wade Duncan, 27, of 509 N. Giles in Gentry was arrested Saturday in connection with an out-of-state parole violation, possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a license cancelled, suspended or revoked. Duncan was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• James Edward Huff, 40, of 4 Scarbrough Lane in Bella Vista was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Huff was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Siloam Springs

• Christian Rae Eakins, 36, of Watts, Okla., was arrested Sunday in connection with felony hindering apprehension or prosecution, felony theft by receiving, shoplifting, misdemeanor failure to appear and misdemeanor contempt. Eakins was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Steven Thomas Hilburn, 39, of Westville, Okla., was arrested Saturday in connection with felony theft by receiving, shoplifting, and misdemeanor failure to appear. Hilburn was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

• Charles Riklon, 38, of 3166 Singletree was arrested Sunday in connection with aggravated assault, third-degree endangering the welfare of a minor and a hold for Madison County. Riklon was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,685 bond.

• Mohamed Zambrano-Carreon, 22, of 2523 Johnson Meadows Apt. 101 was arrested Sunday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member, forgery and a hold for another department or agency. Zambrano-Carreon was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond.

• Devin Abington, 20, of 3808 Timberline Drive in Plano, Texas, was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Abington was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.

• Jacob Boivin, 30, of 909 S. Eight St. was arrested Saturday in connection with terroristic threatening, aggravated assault on a family or household member, violation of probation or a suspended sentence and a hold for Benton County. Boivin was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center with a $12,500 bond.

• Theodore McGill, 23, of 2622 N. Azalea Terrace in Fayetteville was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a controlled substance. McGill was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.

• Graffiti was reported at 11:48 a.m. Saturday from the corner of N.E. A Street and N.E. Cub Circle.

• A scam was reported at 12:37 p.m. Saturday from 7640 S.W. Regional Airport Blvd.

Fayetteville

• Burglary was reported at 12:01 p.m. Sunday from Asbell Park, 1501 N. Lewis, after someone broke the doorknob to a concession/dressing area.

• Criminal mischief was reported at 9:59 a.m. Sunday from 3015 E. Stone Mountain drive after a speed limit sign was pulled down and broken overnight.

• Criminal mischief was reported at 8:08 a.m. Sunday from apartments at 2000 N. Garland Ave. after the back window on a vehicle was broken.

• Breaking and entering was reported at 7:04 a.m. Sunday from Fifteenth Street and Duncan Avenue after a person spotted a man walking around looking in vehicles and opening car doors.

• Rape was reported at 3 a.m. Sunday from apartments at Government Avenue and Cheshire Court.

• Assault and battery was reported at 2:21 a.m. Sunday after a man was hit in the face near 3215 N. Northhills Blvd.

• Criminal mischief was reported at 2:11 a.m. Sunday from 501 W. Maple St. after a caller said people were throwing items, possibly water balloons, from a third-story balcony.

• A woman called police 1:51 a.m. Sunday to report a drunken man on top of the train branch of the Bank of Fayetteville, 542 W. Dickson St. The man was reportedly yelling insults at women. Police called the fire department for ladder access to the roof.

• Theft of services was reported at 1:24 a.m. Sunday from 31 W. Fifth St. after a woman refused to pay for her cab then climbed into the trunk of a car and told the driver she would sleep there.

• Theft of a phone was reported at 11:30 p.m. Saturday. The phone was stolen about two hours before from Walker Park, a man told police.

• A man called police at 11:06 p.m. Saturday to report threats to vandalize his truck after his wife was kicked out of the Electric Cowboy, 2127 W. Martin Luther King Blvd.

• A person reported threats at 11:01 p.m Saturday from apartments at 1753 E. Zion Road after getting harassing text messages.

• Theft was reported at 9:04 p.m. Saturday from 2875 W. Martin Luther King Blvd. Two men stole items from the store, returned them, had the money refunded onto gift cards then ran once approached by store security.

• Police were called at 8:28 p.m. and 3:29 p.m. Saturday regarding a double-parked car at 1072 S. Sports Fan Drive. The owner of the car had been banned from the complex and had their vehicle towed, but returned, reparked and threatened the apartment manager and a tow-truck driver.

• Theft of a cellphone was reported at 7:30 p.m. Saturday from 3545 N. Shiloh Drive.

• Several drunken people on a roof were reported at 7:04 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of Wilson and Louise St.

• Theft of a phone and food stamp card was reported at 6:40 p.m. Saturday from apartments at 741 S. Morningside Drive.

• Threats were reported at 5:50 p.m. Saturday from 1540 E. Rolling Hills Drive.

• Threats were reported at 5:06 p.m. from 401 W. 24th St.

• A disturbance was reported at 4:48 p.m. Saturday from McDonald's, 1870 N. Crossover Road, after employees spotted a man beating a woman in a car in the drive-through.

• Shoplifting was reported at 4:40 p.m. Saturday from 2875 W. Martin Luther King Blvd. after a woman tried to steal a wallet, purse and makeup and had returned other stolen merchandise.

• Burglary was reported at 4:33 p.m. Saturday from 2945 N. Fiesta Drive.

• Rape was reported at 3:53 p.m. Saturday at the police department 100 W. Rock St.

• Threats were reported at 2:46 p.m. Saturday from 3910 W. Lilac Drive.

• Theft of a phone was reported at 10:06 a.m. Saturday from 339 W. Ave.

• Theft was reported at 6:32 p.m. Saturday from 1149 W. New Hope Road after one of the residents said he was missing money.

• A disturbance was reported at 12:33 p.m. Saturday from Greer Lingle Middle School, 901 North 13th St. after people spotted a man in a mohawk yelling at a woman sitting in the grass.

• Domestic assault was reported at 2:46 a.m. Saturday from 1008 N. Turtle Creek Drive after a man tried to choke a woman.

• Identity theft involving a tax return was reported at 1:32 p.m. Friday from 4 S. Fiddlesticks Trail.

• A man reported a car stolen at 1:51 p.m. Friday from the area of Birch Drive and Dogwood Street. The man said he was in a car accident Friday morning, had to leave the car and then it was stolen.

• Identity theft involving a tax return was reported at 7:51 a.m. Friday from 2005 W. Elm St.

• Identity theft involving a tax return was reported at 9:04 a.m. Friday from 1318 W. Acorn.

• Assault was reported at 9:55 a.m. Thursday from a Wednesday incident at 1900 W. Morter Place where a vehicle almost ran a man over.

• A wreck was reported at 11:11 a.m. Sunday from N. Leverett Avenue and North Street after a woman having a seizure fell off a scooter.

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 10:53 a.m. Sunday from 1335 N. Carriage Way. A person told police there was damage to the front of a Honda Accord overnight.

• A scooter accident was reported at 8:47 a.m. Sunday from the intersection of Sunbridge Drive and Gregg Avenue.

• A wreck was reported at 6:46 p.m Saturday from Tahoe Place and Wedington Drive. Two vehicles were towed.

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 6:14 p.m. Saturday from Fifteenth St. and Armstrong Ave.

• A wreck was reported at 5:54 p.m. Saturday from Township Street and Gregg Avenue. One of the people involved told police the other vehicle ran the light.

• A wreck was reported at 1:15 p.m. Saturday from Mount Comfort Road and Rupple Road after a person spotted a GMC Envoy in the ditch on its roof and people struggling to get out of the vehicle.

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 12:15 p.m. Sunday from 3919 N. Mall Ave. A woman told police she was in the automotive department and came out to find her car damaged.

• Medics were called to check a baby after a wreck reported at 10:09 p.m. Saturday from McCann Road and Old Wire Road. One vehicle was towed.

• A wreck between two Hondas was reported at 8:28 a.m. Saturday from Hudson Road and Dixieland Road.

• Rogers police were called at 8:43 a.m. Saturday to the 4000 block of Arapaho Drive to help Bentonville police track down a woman involved in a hit-and-run accident near S.E. 12th Street.

• A hit-and-run accident between a green Saturn and a semitrailer with a yellow cab was reported at 3:37 p.m. Friday from 24th and Hudson.

• An injury accident was reported at 7:56 p.m. Saturday from 3973 Elm Springs.

Fayetteville

• A car on fire was reported at 9:53 a.m. Sunday from 1185 N. Double Springs Road.

• Burnt food set off the fire alarm at 1:32 a.m. Sunday at apartments at 2733 N. Club Drive.

Rogers

• A fire in a sewer was reported at 1:49 a.m. Saturday from 3200 W. Ajax Ave. Police were called after it was discovered the burning items were business cards and checks.
