• Kriston Rasmussen, 35, of 704 Harding St. in Cotter was arrested Friday in connection with theft of property, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, carrying certain prohibited weapons and three misdemeanor offenses. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $1,000 bond Friday.
Benton County Sheriff's Office
• Kevin Ivan Arce, 21, of 1902 S. 12th St. in Rogers was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance. Arce was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Cave Springs
• Gabriel William Moore, 18, of 325 Bluff Drive in Lowell was arrested Friday in connections with felony theft of property. Moore was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Farmington
• Edward Carney, 23, of 184 Louise St. was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and two misdemeanor offenses. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,500 bond Friday.
Fayetteville
• Jennifer James, 21, of 1525 N. Oakland Ave. was arrested Friday in connection with aggravated assault and a misdemeanor offense. She was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $3,500 bond Friday.
• Steven Centeno, 22, of 610 Linda St. in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with second-degree battery, interfering with law enforcement and three misdemeanor offenses. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $5,000 bond Friday.
• Brett Clark, 47, of West Fork, was arrested Thursday in connection with delivery of methamphetamine or cocaine, possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with the intent to deliver and furnishing prohibited articles. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,500 bond Friday.
Prairie Grove
• Donnie Cox, 42, of 12993 Greasy Valley Road was arrested Friday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation or a suspended sentence. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $5,000 bond Friday.
Rogers
• Lisa Anne Selvey, 23, of 244 N. C St. in Centerton was arrested Thursday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance. Selvey was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Tyler Jay Ozment, 24, of 5 Sutherland Lane in Bella Vista was arrested Thursday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance. Ozment was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Springdale
• Blanca Umana, 29, of 1604 Juniper Circle was arrested Friday in connection with possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with the intent to deliver. She had not yet been taken to the Washington County Detention Center by Friday afternoon.
• Christopher Osornio, 19, of 1394 W. Sunset Ave. was arrested Friday in connection with felony warrants from another agency and three misdemeanor offenses. He had not been taken to the Washington County Detention Center by Friday afternoon.
• Buster Harrell, 40, of 102 N. Lowell Road was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and parole violation. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond Friday.

• Charles McGibbony, 38, of 19040 Coppermine Road in Rogers was arrested Friday in connection with possession with the intent to manufacture meth. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,500 bond Friday.
• Jayme Gamblin, 31, of 4082 Backus Ave. in Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. She was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $2,500 bond and a hold from a different department Friday.
