Arkansas Senate President Pro Tempore Jonathan Dismang, R-Searcy, is to speak Tuesday at a Political Animals Club breakfast in Little Rock.
The breakfast will be 7-8:15 a.m. at the Little Rock Club on the 30th floor of the Regions Bank building.
Tickets are $20, and reservations are required.
