Two truck drivers were taken to the hospital after a seven-vehicle wreck Monday in Bella Vista, according to a news release from the Arkansas State Police.
The wreck happened on U.S. 71 when a semi driven by Dale Pitts, 57, of Emporia, Kan., rear-ended another semi driven by Timothy Ryals, 52, of Philadelphia, Miss., according to the news release. That started a chain reaction involving five additional vehicles stopped in traffic, according to the news release.
Pitts and Ryals were both taken to Northwest Medical Center.
