SPRINGDALE -- A woman convicted of third-degree battery in 2011 was arrested Saturday in connection with the same crime.
Jennifer Nalley, 29, of 809 E. Huntsville Ave. Apt. 209 told police she didn't mean to slap her husband. Officers saw several slap and scratch marks on his face, according to an arrest report.
She was released Sunday evening from the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond.
