Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Tyler James Jermain, 18, of Seligman, Mo., was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Jermain was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Jonathan Walter Hart, 26, of 22 S. Ray Ave. was arrested Tuesday in connection with two counts of aggravated assault on a family or household member and second degree endangering the welfare of a minor. He was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center. Bond is set at $5,000.

Springdale

• Brian White, 24, of 1216 W. Oak Ave. in Springdale was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver. White was in the Washington County Detention Center on Wednesday without bond.

• John Farrar, 21, of 306 Wayland Drive in Springdale was arrested Tuesday in connection with breaking or entering and theft of property. Farrar was in the Washington County Detention Center on Wednesday without bond.

• Sanjuanita Zapata, 21, of 514 Butterfield Coach Road Apt. J-206 in Springdale was arrested Tuesday in connection with filing a false report and careless prohibited driving, leaving the scene of an accident and no driver's license. Zapata was in the Washington County Detention Center on Wednesday without bond.

• Candy Forbes, 40, of 1212 S. Dunn St. in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with forgery. She was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center. No bond had been set.

Rogers

• A 41-year-old man with chest pain was taken to Mercy Hospital after a vehicle accident at 7:07 a.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Shadow Valley and Brighton roads.

• A 10-year-old girl with head pain was taken to Mercy Hospital after a vehicle accident at 3:11 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of 17th Street and New Hope Road.

• A man was airlifted to a Washington Regional Hospital in Fayetteville with multiple traumatic injuries after a motorcycle collision at 2:36 p.m. Wednesday along Interstate 49 near Exit 81 in Rogers.

Springdale

• A 23-year-old woman with stomach pain was taken to Willow Creek Women's Hospital Tuesday after a two-vehicle accident on Thompson Street south of Emma Avenue.

Rogers

• Firefighters were called to the site of a gas leak at 2:40 p.m. Tuesday at 909 N. 30th St. The leak started when a construction crew hit a line.

• A burglary was reported at 11:44 a.m. Monday at 3606 S.W. Deerfield Blvd.

• A theft was reported at 1:03 p.m. Monday at 802 S.E. Falcon Lane.

• Credit/debit card fraud was reported at 3:16 p.m. Monday at 1308 S.E. Moberly Lane.

• Artwork was reported stolen Wednesday from a vendor at Bikes, Blues & BBQ. The caller described the artwork as a hog made from recycled tires.

• A tow dolly was reported stolen Wednesday at 85 W. 15th St.

• A Toyota was reported stolen Wednesday from 661 E. Nantucket Drive, Apt. 4.

• A battery was reported after a woman hit a man Tuesday at B&G Liquor, 2100 W. Hudson Road.

• A vehicle was reported broken into Tuesday near Bed, Bath and Beyond, 2203 S. Promenade Blvd.

• A vehicle was reported broken into Tuesday at 2300 S. Promenade Blvd.
