• Luther Thomas, 31, of 1418 S. School Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with felony failure to pay child support. He was released Monday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.

• John Fred Levezow, 44, of 5 Witham Lane was arrested Monday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member and terroristic threatening in the first degree. Levezow was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Lynette Fay Curry, 29, of 618 S. 24th St. in Rogers was arrested Monday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Curry was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• A 2012, black, tw0-door Honda Civic was reported stolen Sunday at 896 S. Silverado Drive Apt. 107. Police found the car within an hour at 1540 E. 15th St.

Rogers

• A 73-year-old man with back and head pain and a 41-year-old woman with back pain were taken to Mercy Hospital after a vehicle accident at 4:15 p.m. Friday at 1200 W. Walnut St.

• A 32-year-old man was taken to Mercy Hospital then airlifted to a Springfield hospital after his motorcycle collided with a vehicle at 6:40 a.m. Monday at Eighth Street and New Hope Road. The man had a broken leg and arm, a head injury and other injuries, according to a Rogers Fire Department report.
