Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Scott Baldus Jr., 19, of 6206 Meadow Well Ave. in Bentonville was arrested Saturday in connection with felony delivery of a controlled substance and misdemeanor failure to appear and contempt. He was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail without bond.

• Maegan Kanning, 33, of 5559 Gunnison Ave. in Springdale was arrested Saturday in connection with two counts of felony failure to appear, and three counts of misdemeanor failure to appear and contempt. She was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $6,500 bond.

Bentonville

• Walevska Martinez, 40, of 705 Picadilly St. in was arrested Saturday in connection with two counts of felony first-degree endangerment of the welfare of a minor and felony aggravated assault. She was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $25,000 bond.

Fayetteville

• Kevin Hernandez, 26, of 1212 Dunn St. was arrested Sunday in connection with felony aggravated assault. He was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $3,500 bond.

• Terrence Jackson, 31, of 909 S. Elmhurst Ave. was arrested Saturday in connection with felony probation violation, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, and misdemeanor third-degree assault. He was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $3,840 bond.

• Benjamin Young, 19, of 622 Electric St. was arrested Saturday in connection with felony aggravated assault. He was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $3,500 bond.
