• Dale Marcus Shaffer, 32, of 10 Morton Lane in Bella Vista was arrested Monday in connection with domestic battering in the second degree and driving while intoxicated first offense. Shaffer was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Bentonville

• John Franklin Nichols, 59, of 14020 Monica Drive in Gravette was arrested Monday in connection with aggravated assault, second degree assault on a family or household member and terroristic threatening in the first degree. Nichols was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Gilbert Johnson, 55, of 120 S. Davis St. in Huntsville was arrested Monday in connection with felony violation of probation or a suspended sentence, and misdemeanor disorderly conduct and public intoxication. He was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $435 bond.

• Robert Montgomery, 19, of 1602 N. Merion Way was arrested Monday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance, and misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, careless driving, running a stop sign and failure to yield or stop. He was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $1,200 bond.

• Jose Ramirez, 43, of 1402 Ellis Ave. was arrested Monday in connection with felony parole violation, and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, public intoxication, third-degree endangerment of the welfare of a minor and obstruction of governmental operations. He was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $2525 bond.

• Christian Salguero, 19, of 4621 Yorkshire Drive in Fort Smith was arrested Sunday in connection with felony financial identity fraud, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and shoplifting. He was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.

• Alejandro Vizueth Boix, 27, of 618 Ane Ave. in Lowell was arrested Sunday in connection with domestic battering in the third degree and false imprisonment in the second degree. Boix was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Terrance Billups, 34, of 909 Mayes St. was arrested Monday in connection with felony parole violation. He was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.

• Jessica Cowan, 32, of 1203 Alicia St. in Springdale was arrested Monday in connection with felony violation of probation or a suspended sentence and misdemeanor failure to appear. She was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $3,330 bond.

• Evan Dochstader, 22, of Green Street in Farmington was arrested Sunday in connection with felony violation of probation or a suspended sentence and misdemeanor contempt of court. He was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $3,500 bond.

• Leslie Nichols, 43, of 107 S.W. Black Hawk Road in Bentonville was arrested Monday in connection with felony parole violation. She was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.

• Janice Wolfe, 19, of 2124 W. Central St. in Siloam Springs was arrested Monday in connection with felony failure to appear. She was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $75,000 bond.

Fayetteville

• Woodland Junior High School was evacuated Monday morning about 9:40 a.m. for a bomb threat, according to the Fayetteville Police Department. The threat came after a note was found on a bleacher seat that read that there was a bomb in the school, said Sgt. Craig Stout. A University of Arkansas bomb detection dog searched the school. The Police Department dogs are used for searching for suspects and narcotics. No bomb was found. The investigation is continuing.

• A robbery was reported Sunday about 10:45 p.m. at Back Yard Burgers at 2036 N. College Ave. The caller told police a man dressed in all black except for a red bandana covering his face approached him with a large kitchen knife and demanded money, according to police. The suspect hasn't been located and the crime is being investigated, Stout said.

• Theft was reported Monday at 210 S. Buchanan Ave.

• Theft was reported Monday at 1136 N. West End Ave. Apt. D3.

• Forgery was reported Monday at 3408 S. School Ave.

• A burglary was reported Sunday at 612 W. Poplar St. Apt. A6.

• Theft of a 2009 GMC Acadia was reported Monday at 914 S. 21st St.

• Theft of an air conditioning unit was reported Monday at 3805 W. Pawnee Court.

• Theft of lumber was reported Monday near the intersection of First Street and New Hope Road.

• Theft of recycling and trash cans was reported Monday at 1208 S. Third St. The cans have been missing about four weeks.

• Theft of movies and an XBox was reported Monday at 1816 S. B St., Apt. 10.

• A robbery was reported Sunday at 815 N. Second St. after a man told police he was beaten up and his phone stolen by a man he was meeting about an advertisement on Craigslist, an online classified website. The incident is under investigation, police spokesman Keith Foster said.

Accidents

Fayetteville

• An accident involving a man falling off a motorcycle was reported Monday at 2589 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Witnesses told police the accident only involved the motorcycle, according to the Fayetteville Police Department. The man was taken to the Washington Regional Medical Center with neck pain and other injuries not life-threatening. His name and age were not provided.

Rogers

• A man said he lost consciousness for a minute after a vehicle accident Friday at the intersection of Walnut and 28th streets. He was taken to Mercy Hospital.

• A 28-year-old woman with a broken nose and abdominal pain was taken to Mercy Hospital after a vehicle accident at 11:48 p.m. Friday at 3529 S. Pinnacle Hills Parkway.

Gas Leak

Rogers

• Firefighters plugged a gas leak at 8:11 a.m. Friday at 7000 W. Shadow Valley Road.
