• Darrin Edward Graham, 47, of 1890 S. Mount Olive in Siloam Springs was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Graham was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Timothy Joseph Thatcher, 28, of 608 N. 14th St. in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with a parole violation, felony theft by receiving, misdemeanor theft by receiving and fraudulent use of a credit/debit card. Thatcher was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Rachel Kelly Scheller, 24, 863 N. 16th St. in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection two counts of felony theft by receiving, fraudulent use of a credit/debit card, no proof of insurance and tail lamps and reflectors violations. Scheller was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Kyle Thomas, 23, of 148 Rogers Circle in Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with breaking into a vehicle, theft of two firearms and possession of defaced firearms. He was arrested a few hours after being released on $5,000 from the Washington County Detention Center, where he had been held in connection with multiple drug charges. Thomas was being held Wednesday in the detention center with no bond set.

• Omar Magana, 23, of 5104 W. Sandhurst was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession with purpose to deliver controlled substance. Magana was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Michael Cody Larson, 43, of 1000 Hickory Lane was arrested Tuesday in connection with domestic battering in the third degree and third-degree assault on a family or household member. Larson was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Tyson Michael Vandagriff, 19, of 211 N. Madison Apt. 3 was arrested Tuesday in connection with residential burglary, two counts of felony theft of property and misdemeanor theft of property. Vandagriff was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Justin Starkey, 43, of 228 S.E. I St. in Miami, Okla., was arrested Wednesday in connection with second-degree domestic battery and several misdemeanor offenses. He was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center on $1,400 bond.
