• Thomas Gregory Koontz, 52, of 1001 S. 5th St. in Bentonville was arrested Wednesday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance and a parole violation. Koontz was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with a $10,000 bond set.

• Staci Harris, 43, of 3019 S. E St. in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance. Harris was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with $3,500 bond set.

• Eugene Scott Cupp, 48, of 500 Mimosa St. in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with a parole violation. Cupp was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Floyd Adams, 21, of 487 Eastside St. in Marianna was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance, fleeing, resisting arrest, driving on a suspended or revoked license, having improper safety equipment and no proof of insurance. He was released Wednesday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $3,500 bond.

• Ricky Coble, 32, of 514 Black Oak Ave. Apt. A was arrested Wednesday in connection with two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance, and misdemeanor driving left of center. He was being held Thursday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.

• Tracy Cox, 42, of 3974 N. Park Oak Drive was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation or a suspended sentence. She was being held Thursday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.

• Rachel Goodhart, 30, of 300 W. South St. in Lincoln was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony delivery of methamphetamine. She was being held Thursday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.

• Robert Kidd, 33, of 1756 N. Shamblin Ave. Apt. A was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony failure to pay child support. He was being held Thursday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $2,200 bond.

• Charles Ray McNabb, 26, of 11424 Indian Hills Blvd. was arrested Wednesday in connection with forgery in the first degree and driving while intoxicated first offense. McNabb was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Jessica Cowan, 32, no address available, was arrested Wednesday in connection with two counts of felony delivery of a counterfeit substance and possession of a controlled substance, and one count of felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation or a suspended sentence. She was being held Thursday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.

• Pamela Parker, 49, of 2200 E. Mountain Road Apt. E 106 was arrested Thursday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was being held Thursday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.

• Jesus Ramirez, 26, of 830 Meadowlands Drive in Centerton was arrested Wednesday in connection with two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was being held Thursday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.

• Drancy Arnold, 28, of 2010 Robson St. in Little Rock was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony failure to appear. He was being held Thursday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $250,000 bond.

• Johnny Reed, 50, of 19742 Parks Cemetery Road in Winslow was arrested Wednesday in connection with a felony civil matter, and misdemeanor third-degree assault, driving while intoxicated, driving on a suspended or revoked license, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of implied consent. He was released Wednesday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $4,003 bond.

• A 45-year-old woman with neck pain was taken to Mercy Hospital after a vehicle accident at 5:46 a.m. Wednesday at South 13th Street and West New Hope Road.

• Firefighters cleaned up a small amount of leaking motor oil after a truck pulling a trailer with an excavator on it had an accident at 7:22 p.m. Wednesday at South Monte Ne and East Pleasant Ridge roads. The driver said he took a sharp corner and the trailer broke at the tongue, flipping over. The driver was not hurt.
