Judge: Tontitown mayoral candidate can remain on ballot

Judge Mark Lindsay ruled Tuesday that Paul Colvin Jr., a candidate for Tontitown mayor in the November election, can remain on the ballot.

A lawsuit filed by Toni L. Zulpo claimed Colvin didn't actually live in Tontitown and was therefore ineligible for the office.

Colvin is running against Clint Penzo, a city alderman, and Joseph Edgmon, a former mayor.
