A Lake City man was killed in a single-vehicle accident in Craighead County early Wednesday, state police reported.
About 5:16 a.m., Corkey Cooksey, 33, was driving north on County Road 691 about nine miles east of Bay when he lost control of the vehicle and it overturned several times. Cooksey was ejected from the vehicle.
The coroner pronounced him dead at the scene.
