Fourth Judicial District Drug Task Force

• Howard Kuff, 62 of 943 S. Washington Ave. in Fayetteville, was arrested Friday in connection with multiple counts of felony possession of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver marijuana, LSD, cocaine, hashish, hashish oil, MDMA, schedule IV drugs and also felony possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested after a routine traffic stop and police confiscated over 15 pounds, marijuana, 21.1 grams, hashish; 17 milliliters, hashish oil; about 3.8 grams, cocaine; about 5 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, 6 doses, LSD and numerous pieces of drug paraphernalia along with over $18,000 cash. The truck he was driving was also confiscated. Kuff was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center. Bond is set at $5,000.

Fayetteville

• Justin Mitchell, 27, 709 S. Old Wire Road in Lowell was arrested Friday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, robbery, theft of property, engaged in continuing crime gang or enterprise and parole violation. Mitchell was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $15,000 bond.

• April Marie Gronwaldt, 38, of 2100 N. Leverett Ave. was arrested Friday on a warrant in connection with felony exposing a child to a chemical substance or methamphetamine and promoting prostitution in the first degree. Gronwaldt was released Saturday from the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond Saturday.

• Teresa A. Wade, 43, of 5132 Watkins of Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with felony forgery in the second degree and theft by receiving. Wade was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $15,000 bond.

Springdale

• William McKelvey, 23, of 151 W. Louise St. in Fayetteville was arrested Saturday in connection with felony delivery of methamphetamine or cocaine, parole violation, possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with purpose to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia. McKelvey was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $15,000 bond. An undercover purchase of 6.7 grams of methamphetamine was conducted by the Arkansas State Police at a Springdale motel.

• Whitney Dempsey, 22, of 1594 Colby Circle was arrested Friday in connection with felony robbery, theft of property, engaged in continuing crime gang or enterprise, theft by receiving, forgery, fraudulent use of a credit card, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and parole violation. She is being held in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $15,000 bond. Dempsey was arrested along with co-defendants, Justin Mitchell, 27, and Austin Clay, 24, in connection with purse snatching incidences at stores on Mall Avenue, according to police reports.

• Austin Clay, 24, of 3698 Thornbury Drive was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft by receiving, robbery, theft of property and engaged in continuing crime gang or enterprise. He is being held in Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $15,000 bond.

• Pinnakhone Souknhindy, 41, of 2237 Spring Creek was arrested Friday in connection with felony possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence and delivery of methamphetamine or cocaine. Souknhindy was being Saturday held in the Washington County Detention Center. Bond is set at $3,500.

• Alexandra Ann Lethiot, 23, of 1812 S. Prestwick in Rogers was arrested Friday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver, delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Lethiot was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $3,500 bond.

• Kenneth L. Finch, 24, of 812 Mill St. in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with felony residential burglary, theft of property and parole violation. Finch was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $3,500 bond.

• Patricia Beyer, 25, of 312 Kelli Ave. in Farmington was arrested Friday in connection with felony residential burglary, theft of property and misdemeanor driving on a suspended or revoked license and possession of a controlled substance. Beyer was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $3,500 bond.

• Christopher Bilderback, 39, of 2408 S. 15th Place in Rogers was arrested Friday in connection felony aggravated assault on a family or household member, residential burglary and misdemeanor driving on a suspended or revoked license. Bilderback was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $5,000 bond.
