Wedding vows were exchanged by Mary Susan Martin and Wesley Evan Williams at 6 p.m. Saturday, May 10, in First Presbyterian Church with the Revs. Marie Mainard O'Connell and Robert M. Lowes of Fellowship Bible Church officiating.

Susan and Dr. Kenneth Andrew Martin of Maumelle are the parents of the bride. Her grandparents are Janelle and the late Roy A. Martin of Rison and the late Sue and William H. Fox of Pine Bluff.

Parents of the groom are Dianna and Michael Williams of Bullard, Texas. He is the grandson of Eva and Jack Williams of Oakwood, Texas, and the late Mary and Jake Downs of Omaha, Texas.

The altar held arrangements of blue hydrangeas with peonies, dahlias, snapdragons and delphinium in shades of white, ivory and blush. Music was by organist William H. Fox Jr., uncle of the bride, and the Arkansas Symphony String Quartet.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an ivory Italian silk-taffeta ball gown with a fitted bodice, draped skirt and chapel-length train. She carried a gathered clutch of hydrangeas, peonies and dahlias.

Serving as the bride's honor attendants were her sisters, Anna Kendrick of Philadelphia and Laura Martin of Santa Cruz, Calif. Bridesmaids were Rachael Eichenberger of Fayetteville; Elise Howser of Little Rock; Linsay Huitink of Chandler, Ariz.; and Monique Teixeira of Sao Paulo, Brazil. They wore sleeveless gowns of sapphire blue chiffon and carried bouquets of hydrangeas, peonies and ranunculus.

Flower girl, ring bearer and Bible bearer were Isabella Huitink, Levi Huitink and Davis Huitink, all of Chandler.

Best man was Stephen Williams of Centerville, Texas, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Kevin Claunch of Athens, Ga.; Nick Disney of San Antonio; Josh Marion of Dallas; Drew Martin of Sao Paulo, brother of the bride; and Garrett Montgomery of Lockhart, Texas. Seating guests were Michael Kendrick of Philadelphia; David Lau of Santa Cruz; and Patrick Williams of Bullard, brother of the groom.

A reception at the Capital Hotel followed the ceremony. A large floral-covered chandelier hung in the lobby from the mezzanine's ceiling, and the mezzanine's railings were decorated with window boxes filled with wedding flowers. Music was by Memphis Soul Revue.

The bride received a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and a master's degree with a concentration as an adult nurse practitioner from Texas Woman's University in Denton. She is a nurse practitioner at North Texas Heart Center in Dallas.

The groom has a bachelor's degree in animal science and a doctorate of veterinary medicine from Texas A&M University in College Station. He is a veterinarian at Hillside Veterinary Clinic in Dallas.

After a honeymoon in Hawaii, the couple will live in Richardson, Texas.
