Miranda Lambert concert announced a Walmart AMP

Miranda Lambert will play the Walmart Arkansas Music Pavilion on Saturday, July 12. Full news release:

Northwest Arkansas (May 12, 2014) –The Walmart AMP is excited to announce Miranda Lambert with special guests The Swon Brothers and RaeLynn to perform at its new, location (5079 West Northgate Road, Rogers, Ark.) on Saturday, July 12. Doors will open at 6pm and music will begin at 7:30pm. Tickets go on sale Friday, May 16 at 9am and range from $44-$79. Lambert made history when her album Four The Record debuted at number one, making her the first artist in the 47-year history of the Billboard Top Country Albums Chart to have all four of their first four albums debut at that spot. Lambert is the Country Music Association’s reining female vocalist of the year for the second year in a row and, in addition, she was awarded Best Country Solo performance at the 2013 Grammy Awards®. Lambert also leads nominations at this year’s upcoming Country Music Television Awards® and recently set an Academy of Country Music record with five consecutive Female Vocalist of the Year wins.

Lambert’s highly anticipated album, Platinum, will be released June 3 and will feature songwriting by the singer, as well as duets with fellow country superstars Carrie Underwood and Little Big Town.
