Wedding vows were exchanged by Shannon Amanda Perry and William Andrew Westlake at 6 p.m. Saturday, May 3, in Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church. The Rev. Jeffery B. Hampton officiated.

Laurie and Steve Perry of North Little Rock are the parents of the bride. She is the granddaughter of Peggy and Jimmy Webster of Helena-West Helena and Diana and Stuart Perry of Hot Springs.

The groom is the son of Beverly Westlake of Sherwood and the late Bill Westlake. His grandparents are the late Clara and Ellis Benton and the late Jo and Bill Westlake, all of North Little Rock.

The chancel held an elevated arrangement of larkspur, snapdragons, hydrangeas, delphinium, Dutch stock, roses and bells of Ireland. Music was by organist James Maase.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore an ivory gown of English net over satin. The fitted bodice and cap sleeves were embellished with pearls, crystals, rhinestones and bugle beads. The bouffant skirt of English net extended from a satin waistband to a chapel train. She carried garden roses, succulents, yellow pincushion protea, peach hypericum and peach ranunculus.

Jacquie Kasner of St. Louis was maid of honor. Honorary maid of honor was Anna Perry of North Little Rock, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Mallory Roulston and Rachel Ramsey, both of North Little Rock; Taylor Tackett, Sara Camp and Mary Cate Connell, cousin of the bride, all of Little Rock; Kasey Holdinghausen of Dallas; Emily Harper of Columbia, Mo.; and Allison Pearson of Washington. They wore knee-length coral dresses of re-embroidered tulle with cap sleeves and carried a mix of baby's breath and foliage.

Flower girls were Carly Phaup and Lydia Phaup, both of Sherwood and cousins of the bride. Ring bearer was Harper Deaton of Fayetteville, also cousin of the bride.

Serving as best man was Tyler Ketcher of North Little Rock. Groomsmen were David Cook and John Benton, cousin of the groom, both of North Little Rock; Brad Houston of Little Rock; Tyler Smith of Kansas City, Mo.; John Kingrey and Justin Benton, cousin of the groom, both of Sherwood; and John Ryan and Grant Beach, both of Fayetteville. Guests were seated by Derek Deaton of Fayetteville and Ethan Bennett of Little Rock, both cousins of the bride.

A reception at Pleasant Valley Country Club followed the ceremony. Guest tables alternated tall and short centerpieces of light blue delphinium, larkspur, hydrangeas, bells of Ireland, soft yellow Dutch stock and roses.

The bride graduated from the University of Missouri at Columbia with a bachelor's degree in journalism. She was a member of Chi Omega. She is development coordinator for Make-A-Wish Mid-South in Little Rock.

The groom received a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, where he was a member of Lambda Chi Alpha. He is a civil engineer with Development Consultants Inc.

After a wedding trip to Costa Rica, the couple will live in Little Rock.
