Walmart AMP opening concert sold out

The Walmart Arkansas Music Pavilion's opening concert is sold out.

Northwest Arkansas (May 9, 2014) – The Walmart AMP announces the grand opening concert: Walmart presents Blake Shelton on June 7 is officially sold out. For those who were not able to purchase tickets, check the website for more great entertainment options: www.arkansasmusicpavilion.com

We are grateful to Walmart for covering the cost of this concert, which allowed for $5 and $10 tickets with proceeds going toward local charities. Due to the low cost and popularity of the artist, the demand was far greater than the number of tickets available. The show sold out in less than three hours with over 25,000 people wanting tickets for a venue with capacity of 7,000. We regret that not everyone was able to purchase tickets but we are thrilled that the community is excited for the opening of the new Walmart AMP.

Please be aware of ticket scalpers: If a ticket is priced over $10 for the June 7 Blake Shelton performance, it is not an authorized seller and you should use extreme caution.
