Franklin County bridge lane to close

Posted: May 9, 2014 at 10:13 a.m.

A routine bridge inspection will require lane closures on Arkansas 23 in Franklin County next week, the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department said Friday.

The inspection will reduce traffic to one lane on the bridge, which spans the Arkansas River between Ozark and Webb City, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, highway officials said.

Flaggers, cones and warning signs will be used to alert drivers.
