FAYETTEVILLE -- Residents have until May 23 to apply for 13 openings on seven city volunteer boards and commissions.
The openings are:
• Animal Services Advisory Board: Two terms ending June 30, 2017
• City Board of Health: One physician to fill a term ending Dec. 31, 2016
• Environmental Action Committee: One science discipline term and one at-large term ending June 30, 2017
• Fayetteville Arts Council: One artist term and two at-large terms ending June 30, 2017
• Historic District Commission: Two terms ending June 30, 2017
• Walton Arts Center Council: Two terms ending June 30, 2017
• Walton Arts Center Foundation: One term ending June 30, 2017
All applicants must live in Fayetteville and be registered to vote. Applications can be found on the City Clerk's page on accessfayetteville.org. They must be emailed to [email protected], hand-delivered to the City Clerk's office or mailed to 113 W. Mountain St., Fayetteville, AR, 72701.
