A Springdale man died after losing control of his motorcycle Sunday while driving through Madison County, according to an Arkansas State Police report released Sunday.

Terry Milo Johnson, 60, of 1300 Shaw Ave., was driving his Suzuki VS4 southbound on Arkansas 295 at about 11 a.m. when he failed to navigate a curve near the junction of Arkansas 45. His motorcycle left the road and struck a ditch, which flipped the motorcycle on top of Johnson.

Johnson was transported to Washington Regional Medical Center, where his body was being held Sunday, according to the release.
