Moyer wins race, $10,150 prize

Batesville’s Billy Moyer took advantage of back-to-back restarts and left everyone else behind in a home-state victory Saturday night. Moyer, 56, a Dirt Late Model Hall of Famer, passed two cars on a lap 17 restart, then went to the lead on another restart a lap later to win the World of Outlaws Late Model Series event at Little Rock’s I-30 Speedway.
