• Penny Ann Diaz, 47, of 21205 Keck Road in Siloam Springs was arrested Thursday in connection with theft of property and a parole violation. Diaz was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Terry Wayne Stout, 57, of 506 South Oak Hill Apt. 15 in Siloam Springs was arrested Thursday in connection with theft of property. Stout was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Dustin Eisler, 30, of 8865 Rocky Road in Rogers was arrested Friday in connection with theft by receiving and possession of a controlled substance. Eisler was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond.

• Shain Hardin, 41, of 3670 Mount Comfort Road was arrested Friday in connection with aggravated assault, theft of property, third-degree domestic battery, possession of drug paraphernalia and terroristic threatening. Hardin was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center on $7,140 bond.

• Terrance Jackson, 30, of 1367 N. Merion Way was arrested Friday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member and violation of probation or a suspended sentence. Jackson was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.

• Harley Massey, 20, of 206B White Oak Drive in Gravette was arrested Thursday in connection with violating probation or a suspended sentence. Massey was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center on $175,000 bond.

• Shawn Spence, 36, of 968 W. Sycamore St. was arrested Friday in connection with third-degree domestic battery, third-degree endangering the welfare of a minor and second-degree assault on a family member. Spence was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.

• Dakota Laine Edwards, 18, of 821 N. 12th St. was arrested Thursday in connection with theft by receiving and theft of property. Edwards was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Kevin Lee Frazier, 38, of 308 Moberly Lane in Bentonville was arrested Thursday in connection with a parole violation and possession of drug paraphernalia. Frazier was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Joseph Michael Marshall, 18, of 1112 W. Pecan St. was arrested Thursday in connection with fleeing, theft by receiving and two counts of theft of property. Marshall was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Ricky Lee Swanson, 48, of 15342 Tulsa Drive was arrested Friday in connection with theft of property. Swanson was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

• Billy Ray McGriff, 31, of 323 Michael St. was arrested Thursday in connection with felony aggravated domestic assault. Police said McGriff choked his girlfriend. McGriff was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $5,000 bond.

• Bobby Camacho, 19, of 813 N. 30th St. in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with failure to appear. Camacho was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center on $50,000 bond.

• Joni Deen, 31, of 1375-13 N. Leverett Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with contempt of court. Deen was released Thursday from the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond.

• Joshua Elms, 38, of 15678 Viney Grove Road in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with second-degree domestic battery and endangering the welfare of a minor. Elms was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.

• Lewis Hooper, 39, of 49 Bend Road in Batesville was arrested Thursday in connection with failure to pay child support. Hooper was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond.
