The Beaver Lake Sail and Power Squadron will offer the free America's Boating Course starting at 6:30 p.m., April 11 at Northwest Technical Institute in Springdale, room 126.
Class will be held on April 11, 18, 25 and May 2. The course covers topics all boaters should know, and fulfills the state requirement that boaters born after Jan. 1, 1986 must take a boating course to operate a boat in Arkansas.
