Priority violations: Raw beef being stored above soda in left refrigerator in kitchen (corrected).

Core violations: Drying dishes on towels; not a smooth, cleanable, nonabsorbent surface; must have drain racks that drain back into the sink. Missing thermometer in refrigerator for School House.

Gaby's Bakery

1803 S. Eighth St., Rogers

Priority violations: Missing ingredient labels on desserts in grab-n-go cooler; prepackaged foods must have labels indicating list of ingredients in order by weight, place of packaging and date made.

Core violations: Missing paper towels at handwashing sink (corrected). Missing light shields above fry-stove area, in grab-n-go cooler displays and large cooler. Food prep employees did not have proper hair restraint.

Tortilleria Palomino's

1803 S. Eighth St., Rogers

Priority violations: Missing date marking on refried beans in sliding door cooler; any potentially hazardous food over 24 hours must be date marked and not kept under refrigeration for more than seven days. Missing label on desserts and tortillas prepackaged for consumer; must list in order by weight the ingredients; must have place of packaging with address; must have date made. Chlorine sanitizer was over 200 ppm; must be 50-100 ppm (corrected).

Core violations: Thawing raw meat in three-compartment sink in still water at room temperature; must either thaw under constant running water that drains or under refrigeration 41 degrees or below. Food prep employee did not have proper hair restraint. Reusing Lysol container to store sanitizer; not an approved container (corrected). Missing test strips for chlorine sanitizer.
