Shooting Found Justifiable In Benton County Case

A Benton County Sheriff's Office deputy was justified in using deadly force in a standoff where he shot a man last month.


What’s Next

Devin Weaver’s arraignment is is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. March 24 before Circuit Judge Brad Karren. Formal charges will be filed against Weaver prior to his arraignment, according to Van Stone, Benton County prosecuting attorney.
