Priority violations: Front hand sink was not accessible because an empty diced egg container was being soaked in it. Handwashing sinks are for handwashing only so that they are always accessible for proper handwashing. No sanitizer detected in final rinse at low temperature in dish machine. Dishes cleaned in the unit were not sanitized before use. You must use your sink to immerse dishes in Quaternary sanitizer for one minute at 200-400 ppm Quaternary until dish machine is repaired.
