— Michelle Wie is the clubhouse leader at the Walmart NW Arkansas Championship after firing another 5-under 66 in the second round.

Play was suspended because of weather with half of the field still on the course.

Coming off of a win at the U.S. Women's Open last weekend, Wie has shot back-to-back rounds of 66 to have an overall score of 10-under. Her round today included six birdies and one bogey.

Former Arkansas and current world No. 1 golfer Stacy Lewis shot up the leader board with a second round score of 66, improving her overall score to 6-under. She made six birdies during the round, including on her final hole of the day, and the only blemish of her round came on the third hole, when she made a bogey.

She is tied with two other golfers in the clubhouse and three others that haven't finished the second round for sixth.

Another pair of top 10 players are ahead of Lewis. World No. 7 So Yeon Ryu and world No. 4 Suzann Pettersen each fired a 4-under 67 in the second round.

Ryu is 8-under for the tournament and is in second place, two strokes behind Wie, while Pettersen is 7-under and tied for third.

World No. 21 Chella Choi shot a 65 to move to 7-under for the tournament and into a tie with Pettersen. Choi's round was highlighted by an eagle on the second hole.

Line Vedel also made a move Saturday and was 4-under in the second round before play was suspended. She is 7-under overall and in a three-way tie for third.

Alena Sharp, the first-round leader, was 2-over through 15 holes before play was suspended, dropping her score to 4-under and putting her six strokes off the lead.

Emily Tubert, who recently graduated from Arkansas and was making her professional debut, struggled in her round. She made four bogeys, a double bogey and a triple bogey, while making only two birdies.

She will miss the cut with a 10-over final score.

Current Arkansas golfer Gaby Lopez was 2-over through 14 holes when the round was cut short because of rain. She is 1-over for the tournament, which is one stroke above the projected cut line. After making par on her first hole, Lopez played a six-hole stretch that included three straight bogeys and three straight birdies. She then bogeyed the 11th and 12th holes to drop back to 2-over on the day.

The second round is expected to finish early tomorrow morning before the final round begins later in the morning.
