Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Ho Van Nguyen, 56, of 12833 Little Sugar Way in Bentonville was arrested Monday in connection with a parole violation. Nguyen was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Levi Leslie Crowe, 30, of 13950 Arkansas 94 Spur in Rogers was arrested Monday in connection with possession of a controlled substance. Crowe was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Taresa Branham, 33, of 2195 Lee St. was arrested Monday in connection second-degree forgery after she attempted to cash an altered check at Arvest Bank at 75 N. East Ave in downtown Fayetteville. The check appeared to have been altered from $25 to $425.

• Heather Ione Zimmer, 35, of 14734 Parker Branch in West Fork was arrested Monday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of Arkansas seatbelt law and driving on a suspended driver's license. Police confiscated a marijuana pipe and two used syringes during a search of Zimmer's truck. She is being held at the Washington County Detention Center. No bond has been set.

Rogers

• Ronald Lynall, 30, of 5657 W. Greens Chapel Road in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with forgery in the second degree. Lynall was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Brandon Wayne Waterman, 28, of Seligman, Mo., was arrested Tuesday in connection with terroristic threatening in the first degree, failure to appear and second-degree assault on a family or household member. Waterman was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

• Joseph M. Brown, 49, of 452 Village Lane was arrested Monday in connection with felony failure to comply with reporting requirements as a sex offender, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia. Police said Brown was living at the residence on Village Lane while being registered as living in Heber Springs. Marijuana and a pipe were found after the arrest. Brown was in the Washington County Detention Center on Tuesday awaiting a bond hearing.

• Gaudencio Araujo-Gomez, 38, 863 Brookhaven Court No 104, Jose-Angel Aldaco-Barroso, 33, of 306 Mountain View Ave., and Armando Gonzalez, 36, of 1712 Joshua Place were arrested Monday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said methamphetamine was found after one of the three men threw meth pipes out of a vehicle. The men were in the Washington County Detention Center on Tuesday in lieu of $2,500 bond and holds for federal court.

• Phillip Powell, 39, of 2818A Adrian St. was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony possession of a firearm by a felon, theft of property, a felony warrant, misdemeanor unlawful transfer of stolen property to a pawn shop and two misdemeanor warrants. Police said Powell pawned a stolen gun. Powell was scheduled to be transferred to the Washington County Detention Center on Tuesday to await a bond hearing.

• Jeff Yeakley, 28, of 19884 Natural Walk Road was arrested in connection with felony terroristic threatening, misdemeanor flight, third-degree battery, and theft of property. Police said Yeakley hit a man, threatened him with a knife and stole from him. Yeakley was scheduled to be transferred to the Washington County Detention Center on Tuesday to await a bond hearing.

Washington County Sheriff's Office

• Gary Douglas Peyton, 59, of 11922 Whitehouse Road in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony possession of a firearm by certain persons. Deputies confiscated a rifle and a shotgun during a welfare check at his home after he accidentally dialed 911. He is being held in the Washington County Detention Center. No bond has been set.

• A caller reported at 2:13 p.m. Monday a compressor motor was stolen from 17179 Marshall St. in Garfield.
