The original lineup of Sonny Burgess and the Pacers featured Burgess, Kern Kennedy, Johnny Ray Hubbard, Russ Smith, Joe Lewis and Jack Nance. Some first names were omitted in some editions of the June 15 High Profile cover story, "Albert Austin 'Sonny' Burgess." Hubbard, of Newport, died earlier this month at the age of 83.
