Benton County County Sheriff's Office

• Warren E. Cheatham, 47, of 2000½ Arkansas 59 Apt. 3C in Gentry, was arrested Thursday in connection with aggravated assault, domestic battering in the third degree, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and terroristic threatening in the first degree. Cheatham was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with a $40,000 bond set.

• John Joel Daniel, 38, of 1112 W. Tulsa No. 28 in Siloam Springs was arrested Thursday in connection with felony nonsupport. Daniel was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with a $2,000 bond set.

• Joseph Gabriel Scarpetta, 41, of 265 Story Hill Road in Boozman, Mont., was arrested Wednesday in connection with aggravated assault, terroristic threatening in the first degree, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, domestic battering in the third degree and possession of drug paraphernalia. Scarpetta was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with a $20,000 bond set.

• Osman Rogelio Rogel-Popoca, 21, of 2107 Commons Drive Apt. 3 in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine or cocaine. Rogel-Popoca was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Bentonville

• Rhonda Pauline Zumwalt, 50, of 324 Ridgemont in Lowell was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding and driving while license cancelled, suspended or revoked. Zumwalt was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Scotty Ray Raines, 43, of 1550 Electric Ave. in Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Raines was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Robert Jerome King, 43, of 810 S.E. Falcon Lane No. 2 was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with the purpose to deliver a controlled substance, unauthorized use of property to facilitate crime and contempt. King was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Randilyn Faith George, 18, of 315 Links Drive in Lowell was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. George was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Donald Angelo Bailey, 40, of Flagstone Creek Apt. 17 was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Bailey was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Tiffany Caldwell, 25, of 1764 N. Shamblin Ave. Apt. B was arrested Thursday in connection with parole violation, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms and possession of a firearm by a certain person. Police obtained two pistols, nearly 2½ pounds of marijuana and $1,314 during a search of the residence, according to an arrest report. She was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.

• Candie Drain, 23, of 1446 N. Acoma St. was arrested Friday in connection with violation of probation or a suspended sentence and misdemeanor possessing instruments of crime and third-degree promoting prostitution. She was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $1,445 bond.

• Jerry Garrett, 51, no address listed, was arrested Thursday in connection with residential burglary, first-degree criminal mischief and misdemeanor third-degree assault. He was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $3,500 bond.

• Michelle Harris, 29, of 962 S. Silverado Drive Apt. 106 was arrested Thursday in connection with obtaining a controlled substance by fraud, possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor driving while intoxicated on drugs. She was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $900 bond.

• Kevin Lewis, 47, of 10430 S.W. Campbell Road was arrested Friday in connection with residential burglary, aggravated assault and second-degree criminal mischief. He was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.

• Terry Tague, 37, of 1936 Arrowhead St., was arrested Friday in connection with parole violation and misdemeanor theft by receiving and failure to appear. He was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $1,530 bond.

Springdale

• Cory Allen Staggs, 29, of 21431 Hickory Springs Road in Hindsville was arrested Thursday in connection with felony residential burglary, theft of property and a parole violation. Police said Staggs took jewelry, a gun, electronics and cash from a residence on Nightingale Lane. Staggs was in the Washington County Detention Center on Friday on the parole violation.

• Mark Crigler, 33, of 2114 Lauren Circle in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with habitual offender and an accomplice. He was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.

• Salvador Guzman, 31, of 55 Hatfield Lane in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with violation of probation or a suspended sentence. He was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $3,500 bond.

• Ronald Keen, 39, of 1903 S.W. Marquette Road in Bentonville was arrested Thursday in connection with violation of probation or a suspended sentence. He was released Friday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.

• Thomas Nesmith, 44, of 2860 N. Elizabeth Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with purpose to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor failure to appear. He was released Friday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $75,000 bond.

• Drake Rickerson, 20, of 76 Overlook Lane in Russellville was arrested Friday in connection with parole violation. He was released Friday from the Washington County Detention Center with no bond.

• Holly Romine, 34, of 350 S. U.S. 71 in Winslow was arrested Thursday in connection with terroristic threatening and misdemeanor violation of a protection order and failure to appear. She was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.

Rogers

• Firefighters were called to an unauthorized burn at 2:45 p.m. Thursday at 714 N. Fifth St. A resident was burning lumber, which isn't allowed.

• A vehicle break-in was reported Friday at 2207 E. Tall Oaks Drive.

• Theft was reported Thursday at 1600 S. Price Ave. The caller reported a woman came to the home and said she needed help after being involved in a disturbance, and then stole medication and a check book.

• A caller reported two vehicle windows broken Thursday at 2500 E. Kantz Drive Apt. 5.

• A vehicle break-in was reported Thursday at 1064 S. Dunn Ave.

• An assault was reported Thursday at 1101 S. Curtis Ave., Apt. E40.

Rogers

• A burglary was reported Thursday at 4205 W. Quelinda Drive. Someone went into the garage and broke into a vehicle.

• Theft of a black, red and gold bicycle was reported Thursday at 310 S. Second St.

• A bike and wallet were reported stolen Wednesday at 521 N. Fifth St. The incident was reported Thursday.

• A burglary at 1673 Purple Martin Drive was reported Friday.

• A burglary at 8143 Anna Maria Ave. was reported Friday.

• A burglary at 3400 Martha Ave. was reported Friday.

• A break-in at 1733 Mortie St. was reported Friday

• A break-in at 1405 Shady Grove Road was reported Friday.

• The theft of a firearm from 6090 Clay Ave. was reported Thursday.
