Royals extend winning streak to 5, beat White Sox

CHICAGO -- Lorenzo Cain had a two-run double to highlight a five-run first inning, Jeremy Guthrie pitched into the sixth inning and Kansas City extended its winning streak to five games with a 7-2 victory over the Chicago White Sox on Friday night.
