Knight verdict faulted; Barber lawyer gets retrial

A federal judge Tuesday ordered a new trial for the lawyer of former Northwest Arkansas developer Brandon Barber, ruling that the guilty verdicts against him were "tainted by legitimate concerns as to whether justice was properly served."
