Ebony Ishayna Harris and Stephen James Bender exchanged marriage vows at 3 p.m. Saturday, May 31, in Second Baptist Church. The Rev. Kevin A. Kelly officiated.

Parents of the bride are Debbie and Billy Richard of Foreman. Her grandparents are Mattie and the late H.J. Harris of Idabel, Okla.

Alice and Stephen Bender of Little Rock are the parents of the groom. He is the grandson of Brenda and the late James Parham, also of Little Rock.

The chancel was decorated with white columns and arrangements of red and white roses. Bouquets of baby's breath decorated the pews. Music was by vocalist Sean Mackey and there was a praise dance by Terri Grayson.

The bride, given in marriage by her stepfather, wore a gown with a sweetheart neckline and embellished with lace appliques, embroidery and crystals. She carried a bouquet of ivory roses.

Serving as the bride's honor attendants were Billie Richard of Foreman, sister of the bride, and Natalie Veasley of Dallas.

Bridesmaids were Elaine Bridges, Charla Alexander and LaToya S. Lee, sister of the groom, all of Little Rock; Nikki Willis of Maumelle; and Taneshia Jackson of Bryant. They wore black one-shoulder satin dresses with pleated bodices and carried bouquets of red roses.

Flower girls were Aniya Richard of Little Rock, cousin of the bride, and Nariah Williams of Maumelle, god-daughter of the bride and groom. Ring bearers were Dominic Lee and Michael Mathis, both of Little Rock and nephews of the groom.

Avery Phillips of Little Rock was best man. Groomsmen were Andre Bernard, Calvin Williams, Michael Washington and Jeremy House, all of Little Rock; Markell McGuire of Conway; and Michael Veasley of Dallas.

Guests were seated by Amber Blade and Candice Blade, both of Little Rock.

A reception at Milestone Event Center in North Little Rock followed the ceremony.

The bride has a bachelor's degree in family and consumer science from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway. She is a nursing student at Baptist Health Schools.

The groom has a bachelor's degree in accounting from UCA and is studying for a master's degree at Webster University. He is an accountant at Wilson & Associates PLLC.

After a wedding trip to Montego Bay, Jamaica, the couple will live in Little Rock.
