Lamanpalooza, the William F. Laman Library's fifth annual summer festival, will be 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday behind the Argenta Branch Library, 420 Main St., in North Little Rock.

The event is free and open to the public.

Outdoor activities are to include an inflatable zipline and obstacle course, games, a dunking booth, caricatures by Jim Tindall and crafts. There will also be music, free hot dogs, chips, cookies and drinks.

Both the Argenta Branch Library and the main Laman Library, 2801 Orange St., will be closed Saturday for the festival.

A library card isn't required for entry. The Laman Library System is independent of the Central Arkansas Library System based in Little Rock. Those seeking more information can visit lamanlibrary.org.
